Abel Bastida is the CEO and owner of The Window Store & More, a trusted home improvement company specializing in windows, doors, siding, and exterior remodeling solutions. Rather than entering the industry as a tradesman, Abel built his career in mergers and acquisitions, where he spent years evaluating businesses, improving operations, and identifying the qualities that distinguish respected companies from those that merely survive.

When he acquired The Window Store—now The Window Store & More—Abel recognized an opportunity to preserve the legacy of an established local business while strengthening its foundation for future growth. His leadership philosophy centers on trust, accountability, communication, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
